Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling appointments or making any amendments to your booking. If 24 hours notice is not given, unless the appointment can be filled, a charge of 50% of the total treatment cost will be made. Vouchers will also be forfeited unless 24 hours notice is given.
Should you cancel your appointment within 24 hours a deposit may be required for all future appointments.
GDPR Data and Privacy Policy
Data on client consultation forms is collected to ensure that treatments can be safely performed and to be able to contact clients with regards to treatments and appointments. This data is stored as a requirement to comply with public and product liability insurance. This information ensures we can safely continue treatments and keep records of all products used and or purchased should any issues / allergies arise. Data will be stored in a secure location and will not be shared with third parties. This data must be kept for 7 years after all treatments for insurance purposes. If any paper records are disposed of they will be shredded. You may request a copy of your data at any time by emailing treatedbyrachelmartin@gmail.com
In the event of a data breach any individuals affected will be notified as will the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), to whom you can also complain should you be unhappy with the way your data is handled.
Terms & Conditions
Treatment Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for treatments. If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher, the difference can be made up with a credit or debit card or cash payment. If less, then change cannot be given. Any remaining balance will be re-issued to you with the original expiry date applicable. The voucher recipient cannot request a cash refund for the gift voucher at any time. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Vouchers expire 12 months after the date of purchase, or on the expiry date stated, and the balance will be deducted. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any special promotions or to purchase a discounted treatment. We reserve the right not to accept vouchers that appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with. If you are the purchaser of the voucher, you will have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund for the voucher. To request a refund you can call 07754 463432 or email treatedbyrachelmartin@gmail.com. We suggest the voucher is returned personally or by special or recorded delivery as no refund will be issued for non-receipt of the voucher. Any approved refunds will be made to the original credit or debit card used to purchase the voucher. Appointments are subject to availability. Reasonable notice will be given where possible.
